Yechiel Gellman’s practice focuses on real estate transactions, project financing, joint ventures and construction agreements. He represents clients in a broad range of issues involving land registration, rezoning and development of residential and commercial projects, as well as the monitoring of construction contract compliance. He was also instrumental in the development of a loan program assisting displaced Israeli families. He has also developed expertise in loan workouts as well as in construction contract litigation.
